Libby Daniels Ceramics

Libby Daniels is a ceramicist working from her home studio in West Sussex. A member of the Society of Designer Craftsmen and a graduate from Staffordshire University’s ceramic design degree, Libby makes a variety of functional and decorative pots, using thrown and hand-built methods, in white stoneware with stamp impressed and painted designs. Her beautiful, unique, coastal inspired vessels are finished with hand painted abstract pebble patterns. Tactile forms and surface pattern are the main considerations with inspiration from flint pebbles, coastal imagery, nature and her local countryside.
