Delivery And Returns


To track your order log into your account. To login navigate to the top right hand corner Log In / Register.

A list of tabs will then appear on the left hand side of the page. Click on “orders” and you should be able to see the status of your order.

Delivery timescales and prices are set by the individual designers, and details are available on each product’s page.


You can return most of the products on the website. From the date of arrival, you have 14 days to notify us that you want to return the product and another 14 days to send the item to us.

1. What if the order received is broken or faulty?

For broken and faulty orders, please follow the same guidelines as Returns and Refunds, except in these cases the cost of returning the order is covered by the artists.

2. How can I cancel an order?

For orders which are not shipped yet, you can just go and login to your account and select the order which you want to cancel. A link will be there to cancel the order. Click the link and submit the form and your cancellation processing will start.

If already received, please follow the returns instructions detailed above.

3. How do I get the refund?

We will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than:

  •  In case of returns , 14 days after the day the product is received by us
  •  In case of cancellation , within 14 days of cancelling the order
4. What can’t you send back?

Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable. To identify if the product is non-returnable please check the Returns section listed in each product section.>

  • Made to order products, bespoke products which are made as per specific requirements and may be personalised. These cannot be resold.
  • Some jewellery items are non-returnable owing to hygiene laws

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is returnable or not under the Returns section for each product. For any questions please feel free to contact us.
