Curated and organised by Handmade in Britain since 2007 in the iconic Chelsea Old Town Hall, on Kings Road Handmade Chelsea is one of the most established and longest running event in the UK craft calendar, that celebrates the very best of British craftsmanship. We are excited to return to the heart of Kensington & Chelsea for the 15th Edition of Handmade Chelsea, The Contemporary Craft & Design Fair. Featuring the very best of over 100 UK-based Contemporary designer makers, both established and emerging, a vast range of disciplines will be represented from glass and ceramics, jewellery and fashion, prints and textiles, to sculpture and wood. This year, Handmade Chelsea will be celebrating fifteen years and will take place in the form of a dual-model. Those wishing to take part in our event will be able to do so both in-person at the beautiful Chelsea Old Town Hall and/or digitally through our dedicated online platform.

This year, we are celebrating fifteen years of Handmade Chelsea, an established high-end craft and design fair that celebrates the very best of British craftsmanship. This three-day consumer-led event attracts a high number of visitors including the buying public, collectors, galleries, retail buyers and press. The fair will feature UK-based designer makers who work across a wide range of disciplines as well as artisan food producers.The fair will run as a dual model and feature both an in-person fair at the iconic Chelsea Old Town Hall as well as an Interactive Virtual Fair that will take place on our dedicated platform. All stands come complete with white wooden walls, lighting, fascia, name board and we will be happy to work with you to find a stand size that will suit your needs. We invite applications from a range of disciplines including: art, ceramics, glass, jewellery, fashion, textiles, mixed media, furniture, metalwork, sculpture, woodwork, and prints.
We offer a range of stand sizes, locations and prices:
MAIN HALL & CADOGAN SUITE, with prices starting from £440.00 + vat per sqm smallest available stand : 1.5m x 1m
SMALL HALL, with prices starting from £400+ vat per sqm, smallest available stand : 1.5m x 1m
CORRIDORS, with prices starting from £350 + vat per sqm, smallest available stand: 1.5m x 1m

Our Interactive Virtual Fair prices start from just £49.00 + vat
First Deadline 30 April 2022. Applications & space allocations are reviewed weekly, on a first come first serve basis.

Now in its 15th year, our consumer fair will be an excellent way to meet, reconnect and engage with, and sell directly to our shoppers, in-person including the buying public, collectors, galleries, retail buyers and press. The fair will feature UK-based designer-makers who work across a wide range of disciplines as well as artisan food producers – perfect for the festive gift-buying season just six weeks before Christmas.
As an additional option you can reach online visitors, both throughout the UK and internationally, enabling them, if they are unable to be there in person, to buy directly from your e-commerce shop page. The option will be available on our dedicated platform, interact.handmadeinbritain.co.uk during the following week from 25 – 27 November 2022.
Applying to exhibit takes a maximum of 15 minutes. In order to complete successfully our short online application form, please have ready the following details about you and your work:

If you wish to be considered, it is essential that you complete and return your Contract otherwise your application will be deemed incomplete and we will be unable to proceed further
To complete our short online application form, have ready information about you and your work; your business contact information, 25-30 words about you and your collection (third person), 4 professionally photographed product images & 1 previous stand image.
There is no separate application fee. However, if you are successful you will be required to pay a participation fee.
