Intricately hand carved this pendant is full of detail.
Like most of my pieces I have used the lost wax technique, carving in wax with heat and different tools to then cast it in solid sterling silver. It includes an 18″ sterling chain

Story:

Reflecting the wordplay of fables and poetry this sweet delicate pendant is part of my rhyme collection.
It comes with an orignal poem:
The key to the bee is a riddle you see for the mumble shouldn’t fly.
Its flying is an anomaly for it should fall out the sky.
The bum of the bumble is so big and its wings are awful small.
That the key to the bee is a riddle you see and it shoud not fly at all.

MORERA JEWELLERY

I am Luciana, originally from Argentina and based in East London. I have been making jewellery for over 10 years.
I specialise in the lost wax technique and have recently incorporated enamelling into some of my work.
My pieces are figurative wearable sculptures, the hand sculpting of them a slow, intricate and instinctive process that can be obsessive.
The themes of my work are freedom, love, play and movement.
I believe the piece is finished when it finds its wearer.
