This long white freshwater pearl necklace can be worn in two different ways. The catch consists of one closed ( silver/ gold-plated ) and one hinged ring.
The silver hinged one can be either put in between pearls so it can be worn as a lariat or you can connect the two rings to make one long necklace. In the second photo it is shown being worn as a lariat, it would usually be worn at the front!
The 10mm round pearls are cultured freshwater pearls from Japan and are strung & knotted on silk.

Pearls should always be removed before showering. They like the skins natural oils and can be wiped gently with a soft cloth. If worn often they would benefit from being restrung every few years which I am very happy to do.
Over the last few years I have really fallen in love with pearls. They come in so many shapes, colours and sizes and are just elegant and timeless.
I have been stringing these lariats in a variety of sizes, there is also a smaller version of this necklace. I think it’s always nice to have more than one option how to wear a piece of jewellery. I have recently sold a beautiful natural pink lariat to be worn at the back to complement a low cut wedding dress.
