Description:
This is a petite wheel thrown Jug made from Durable Stoneware Clay.
It has one of my “Barley sugar ” handles.
The texture has been accentuated by rubbing satin Black underglaze into it before It has been handpainted.
The exterior is glazed with a shiny dark Purple glaze, and the interior and Handle has been glazed with a Shiny Orange glaze.
It is quite small and dainty, at 8 cm high, and 7 cm across the base.
My Potters stamp appears under the handle.

Story:
This is a new edition to my latest Batch of dainty Petite Mugs and Jugs.
It bears the textured “Barley Sugar” twisted handle, and the bright colours that I now like to use.
