* This collection was inspired by the West Coast of Canada and the salmon migration. The designs aim to interpret the flow of water, the path of the salmon through the rivers and the colours & textures of the fish, sea and coastline of this Pacific region.
* The ‘Torrent’ lampshade was woven in my Oxford studio using wool roving off cuts from other projects in a flowing pattern. Woven on the loom, then carefully assembled in my studio with a hand-stitched finish, this lampshade has taken 2 days to complete.
* This design shares my commitment to Circular Design as it uses ‘waste’ materials from my studio and re-purposes them for a unique and sustainable design.
