* The ‘Cascade’ throw features 4 strands of wool roving which are hand-manipulated to create a flowing pattern across the cloth.

* Spot wash with a damp cloth
* Steam iron front and back to freshen - slight felting helps to maintain longevity

* This collection of artwork was inspired by the West Coast of Canada and the salmon migration. The designs aim to interpret the flow of water, the path of the salmon through the rivers and the colours & textures of the fish, sea and coastline of this Pacific region.
* The ‘Cascade’ throw was woven in my Oxford studio using merino wool roving in a flowing pattern, then carefully finished with a blanket stitch in my studio.
* Each throw takes approximately one week to complete.
