This was the very first product I developed when I started Willow Leaf. I wanted to create a chopping that was perfect for everyday use. I spent a lot of time perfecting the size of this board I didn’t want it to be to big, but not to small. So I settled on a length of 40cm. For the width of the board I could only go as wide as the tree would allow as I did not want to joint the board and compromise the longevity of the board. I think this board is perfect for everyday use and an ideal addition to any kitchen
