Handcrafted by myself in Wales from FSC certified sycamore timber. These sturdy chopping/serving boards make great presents for culinary enthusiasts or a stunning addition to your kitchen worktop. Made from one solid piece of sycamore, meaning that there are no joints, making it more resilient to water and bacteria penetrating and causing damage to the board.
Sycamore is a naturally antibacterial timber because of the close interlocking grain structure of the wood it makes a perfect choice for a chopping board. Unlike oak, sycamore is light in colour and has different grain patterns which makes them a really unique kitchen accessory.
