Features an elongated stem and flattened regal style handle with a turnover for hanging. Traditional rivets and hand plenished brass or copper makes our ladle a wonderfully unique piece of kitchenware. - If its very dirty give it a wash in warm soapy water by hand
- if its just used for dry foods just give it a good wipe every now and then
- wipe a light coat of cooking oil on after dry once washed then wipe off excess oil.
Evolved from a new range on ling stemmed scoops, after studying cutlery, ladles and servers from the 1800’s (a thrill of a past time i know!) one design in particular kept coming up a flur-de-le type flare to the top of the handle. Translating it through a few variations to form a modern equivalent was a fun process until i had a style that i think honoured the elegant and extravagant predecessors yet brought it to a smooth and swift modern era.
