Majid Furniture
Majid Lavasani is a skilled furniture designer and maker. He has worked with wood since 1996 and has used his experience in design, modeling and classic carving for many varied commission before settling in England. Majid then went on to study interior design and furniture making at Manchester College of Art and Technology. After graduating and gained traditional cabinet making skill, then he established his own business at Mushroom Works in Newcastle upon Tyne in 2012, began in small studio, making unique bespoke furniture.
Majid always design freely without worrying about practicalities or limitations of manufacture, which ensures that the design is never compromised. He revel in the challenge of finding innovative and sometimes complicated methods of turning his designs into particular furniture. Majid is extremely proud to be in a position today to offer you his extensive collection, which can be customised on request.

I saw it online ordered it on line and it was delivered within a week. My only issue is that it’s a wee bit smaller than I had anticipated but realise that this is due to my inability to correctly switch centimetres to inches. Perhaps use both on the description to help “silly old duffers”(grandchildren’s description) like me!
