Description:

Inspired by shifting patterns of light and shadow, the Speckle scarf has been designed on my studio Harris hand loom and woven in a traditional Yorkshire woollen mill. Each scarf is then hand hem stitch finished in my studio in Wales.

Luxuriously soft, this is the perfect scarf to keep you warm and stylish on a cold day.

Louise Tucker creates intricate, beautiful lighting and textiles using a pioneering blend of traditional weaving techniques and contemporary product design.

With a love of natural materials and their unique characteristics, Louise’s studio practice aims to create unique carefully created pieces that are treasured by their owners. Whether adding a warm natural glow to a cosy sitting area or creating a soft blanket the whole family wants to get under.

Trained as a woven textile designer with experience working in silk mills in India, Louise set up her studio just after completing a Masters in Textiles Design at Chelsea College of Art, London.
