An original painting (watercolour and inks), capturing a Parisian moment in time; the precious winter light, fading as one watches it turn darker from a double level train.
The artist uses a family run firm to print her works onto silk; once the silk is returned, she hand cuts and rolls the edges of each item, so it has her touch.

Set on a train, post-Versailles, this original painting is a sister piece to Pistachio Smiles; documenting another story from the artists’ travels. In painted terms, it visually describes the moment in time, when one sees the sun fade. The artist painted this piece when visiting her family in Paris, thus the memories and moments are real. The muted colour palette, makes it a beautiful poignant scene for the wearer – Try to identify yourself as the owner within the symbolic meaning of this painting….then it will truly be yours.
