Description:

A balance of solid and open elements. The earrings feature a Sterling Silver disk and a Sterling Silver post, attached to three circles with the smaller two dangling from the larger one. Hand fabricated in Sterling Silver and finished to a shine with the disc at the top in a brushed finish. Sterling Silver posts and backs.

Due to the handmade nature of this item, each piece is unique and slight variations in design and finish are considered part of the beauty of the design.

Care Instructions:

Sterling Silver naturally oxidises and tarnishes with wear and contact to air and water. This is a natural process and there is nothing wrong with the piece once it darkens, it can always be returned to the original colour and shine. Please take care not to bend the earrings.

Story:

The dot and circle pieces are inspired by London’s urban enviroment – from building structures to curtain walls – lightweight, rhythmic grids and shapes form minimal but eye catching designs.

Finding beauty in the stark lines of geometry

The Graphic Line features contemporary designs largely influenced by a love for modern architecture and metal structures. Lines and shapes create a series of geometrical pieces made in Sterling Silver – abstract and minimalist interpretations of London’s urban landscape. Each piece is carefully fabricated in The Graphic Line’s North London home/studio using traditional metalsmith techniques.

Karin, the artist behind the brand originally trained in graphic design and is freelancing as design and art director in London. She had always had a desire to translate her drawings and graphics into wearable, three dimensional pieces.
That was the start of The Graphic Line.
