Tickets Information

  • Tickets are sent by email; both printed and e-tickets are accepted on arrival.
  • Concessions available for over 65s, full-time students, disabled visitors and Blue Badge holders, and - those receiving Jobseeker’s Allowance or Income Support (proof required).
  • Complimentary carer/companion ticket provided at reception on arrival.
  • Children under 16 enter free when accompanied by an adult
  • Last entry: 30 minutes before closing.
  • Please note: Tickets are non-refundable.
