Papershades

Papershades are playful, whimsical and charming paper lampshades. They have been created by paper collage artist Rosalind Freeborn who uses fragments of all kinds of paper to make her designs which are then printed onto special paper panels which are held together with perspex ‘wheels’. Ros says: “I’m on a mission to stop lampshades being boring and I believe they should be art – paper art!”

Papershades are sold as a flatpack and fit an A4 envelope and customers have the fun of assembling them at home. Papershades will brighten up a home whether the lights are on or off.
