These earrings are made of sterling silver, with sterling posts and butterfly backs to match. Very fluid in shape, finished with a high polish.
Each pair is generally made to order, to avoid waste and surplus stock. Please keep in mind that this may take up to 3 weeks; it could be less, as these are small pieces I often order a few spares, but this is the general guide.
Not only is each pair different, so is each earring; they’re made from scratch each time with a signature Metalsmith technique.
These studs measure roughly 14mm by 10.5mm.
Make sure the silver is the last thing you put on when getting ready; try not to apply any lotions/perfumes/chemicals etc on top of the silver.
Don't store with plated jewellery.
To clean, use warm water, a toothbrush and fairy liquid.
