Solitaire board in sycamore wood with inset magnets holding in place 36 chromed steel balls. While playing, the discarded balls are placed along the outer circumference of the board where they are similarly held in place by magnets. The inner magnets are inset walnut, the outer with cherry. The lower outer edge has a curved rebate, elevating the board from the supporting surface. There are two sizes available – 28cm diameter with 19mm balls, 24.5cm diameter with 16mm balls. Finished in hard wearing microcrystalline wax. A lovely addition to any coffee table.

Sycamore is realtively under-used in interior design, as it difficult to dry and get consistant colour, but when done properly it ihas a beautiful pale lustre.
