A decorative terracotta clay bowl, press moulded using a hand rolled slab of clay in a handmade mould.
It features a deep yellow crawl glaze and inky blue glaze splashed decoration. Fired in an electric kiln to 1055ºC.
Approximately 6 cm High, 10 cm Diameter at the top.

Rinse under clean running water and allow to dry, or dust gently with a soft brush. The glazes I use on my work are delicate, so they should be treated with care. I would not recommend placing anything heavy inside my bowls, or stacking them inside each other.
I draw inspiration for my work from observations of the natural world absorbed throughout my life – from childhood memories of seaside holidays spent beachcombing and rockpooling, to things I see around me from day to day such as lichen growing on a stone wall.
