Description:
This porcelain jug has an upholstered dupion silk textile texture. The handle has a braid effect and there are three sprigged buttons on the base. The interior is glazed, as is the handle and the little upholstery pins. The braid and pins have a mother-of-pearl lustre to catch the light. The jug is 8.5cm tall and the base is 8.5cm wide.

The jug can be hand washed and is dishwasher safe with care. Please do not put in the microwave.
Story:
I find it intriguing that textile textures can be perfectly replicated in porcelain and made permanent. This jug may look soft and squashy but it is fully functional!
