A perfect sized medium oven to table dish – great for serving salads, veg – or main course. Also great for fruit ,flans and puds.
Thrown from a stoneware clay mixed with a bit of terracotta for a warm rich hue and glazed in duct egg blue silky glaze on the interior, stamped with JC and left unglazed on the smooth exterior.

Can be washed in a dishwasher but you may prefer to hand wash to retain the glaze sheen

All the pieces are hand thrown on a kick wheel, small variations in size and shape are part of this hand made process and the glazing is all by hand too so slight variations in tone and colour are a natural result. This adds to the unique character of each lovingly made item.
