Store your polished silver jewellery in an airtight container to keep the silver from tarnishing too much. If tarnished, rub with a silver polishing cloth to brighten. Any dirt can be brushed away with a soft bristle brush and soapy water. Ensure your jewellery is completely dry before storing away.
The LINEAR series is a collection of necklaces and earrings all handmade using the same traditional gold-smithing techniques. Each piece produced goes through the same process, but each one ends up with its own look and character.
Handmade in Scotland from sterling silver and 24ct gold. Sheets of silver are repeatedly heated and cooled to leave a layer of fine silver on top before being heated one final time to texturise them. The texturing technique, called reticulation, creates a different texture each time. 24ct gold is then carefully applied by hand, using heat and pressure, to permanently fuse the two precious metals together.
