This porcelain jug has the textile texture of three machine embroidered carp swimming amongst flowing aquatics. The stitches are overpainted at the bisque stage with cobalt and fired to give a rich blue. The interior and handle have a glossy transparent glaze and there are three sprigged buttons on the base. The jug is functional and can go in the dishwasher.

These are my most recent design, following some exploration of traditional porcelain designs, symbolism and storytelling. With their beautifully flowing lines, they symbolise strength, love and bravery.
