Small, contemporary style cylinder vase with stamp impressed seed head pattern finished in a grey gloss glaze. Fully glazed inside this earthenware vase is a perfect size for a small display of flowers or dried grasses.

Story:

My slab formed cylinder vases come in a variety of patterns and colours. I use my own hand made clay stamps to decorate the rolled out clay which is then formed and joined to create the piece and finished off with the button detail

Working from my home studio in West Sussex I make a variety of functional and decorative pots, using thrown and hand-built methods, in white stoneware with stamp impressed and painted designs. My pieces are finished with a range of colourful matt and gloss glazes. Tactile qualities and surface pattern are my main considerations with inspiration from pebbles, nature, countryside and the coast.
