Description:

All platinum pendant suspended from a platinum 18” Spiga chain.

The pendant is free moving but unable to come off of the chain making it a complete piece of neckwear. The opal is rub set on three sides and sits on two separated platinum bars allowing the back of the stone to be seen. There is a slightly lowered platinum bar which is in line with the top edge of the stone, this in turn stops the stone from sliding out of the top of the setting. The platinum bar is grain set with seven brilliant cut white diamonds. The Opal weighs in at 5.86ct

Please do not wear the pendant in any water, salt or otherwise. Please do not spray perfume or deodorants around the stone. Any jewellery is advised not to be slept in.

Story:

Lisa Marie has been working alongside opal miners for many years, The stone is completely natural and has not been treated in any way. The opal was mined in New South Wales Australia in town called Lightning Ridge, This is where Black Opal is found. The stone has a strong electric blue flash and Lisa Marie wanted to show the stone as a picture so has designed the Pendant to show the stone to its full extent.
