The Bean table is kidney shaped and designed to be flexible allowing its use as either a side table or coffee table. It is particularly suitable for a seating area with limited space or where flexibility and movability is needed.
We make tables in small runs of colour and texture that are chosen each season, some are new, chosen for the season, others are regular favorites.
The standard Bean top size is 73 x 45 centimeters (29 x 18 inches) with curved edges revealing the plywood base. Legs are gently curved and tapered giving a table height at 40 cm (16 inches). They fit by hand into the top, it’s quick and easy, no tools are needed.
The top surface is heat resistant, you can put hot plates or cups on it without any damage, and to clean just use warm soapy water and a soft cloth.

Laminate surfaces are robust and hardwearing. The table surface is practical for daily use and it is easy to keep looking good with minimal effort. To clean use mild soapy water and a soft cloth to buff dry.
I wanted to create an affordable cofee table true to the inclusive modernist idea using utility styling and industrial processes. The Bean table is designed for a contemporary, busy modern home where it can be used everyday and stay looking good. We like to enjoy and have fun with our furniture while also offering a practical solution for everyday living.
