Your hat will be delivered in its own storage box. See below for estimated delivery times, but do get in touch if you want it sooner and I will do my very best to help.
Delivery is free to destinations within the UK. For international delivery you are responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Returns
I’m very sorry but I do not accept returns, because each hat is handmade to order. However, I want you to be delighted with your hat, so do get in touch if you have any questions or need some advice before buying.

Your hat has had a light application of fabric protection spray to repel dirt and moisture. Use a soft hat brush to keep it clean. Your hat is not waterproof, but if it gets wet do not worry; just support it to keep its shape and let it dry naturally.
