From Central London

Marylebone Station to Haddenham & Thame Parkway Station. Trains run about every 30 minutes.

A complimentary shuttle bus will operate daily from Haddenham & Thame Parkway, calling at Wheatley before arriving at Waterperry Gardens. Departure from Haddenham & Thame will arrive at 9.20 am, 10.20 am, 11.20 am and 12.30 pm. The shuttle will wait around 5/10 minutes before departing.

A daily return complimentary service will operate from Waterperry Gardens to Haddenham & Thame Parkway via Wheatley at the following times: 17.10 18.10 19.10 & 21.10

From Birmingham

Birmingham New Street Station to Banbury, then change onto Chiltern Railways to Haddenham & Thame Parkway

FROM OXFORD STATION TO HANDMADE OXFORD

From stop R7 in Frideswide Square (about 100 yards from the station) take the 280 Arriva Bus (every 30 min) to Wheatley alighting at the Triangle bus stop near The King’s Arms where a free shuttle service will be provided.

Accessability

Handmade Oxford strives to be all inclusive and open to everyone. Your stand should be easily accessible to visitors in wheelchairs and with other disabilities.

Animals / Pets

Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a short lead but not allowed within the large marquees A and B as these are carpeted with many exhibits.

Dogs are not to be left in cars. Please avoid areas where there are crowds. Please remove any dog litter.

Drinking water is available on the site.

Assistance Animals

We welcome assistance dogs however please let us know in advance if you wish to bring a guide dog with you so we can make sure your animal is catered for.

Banking Facilities

There are no banking facilities in Waterperry Gardens, however you will be able to pay by credit or debit card either with individual exhibitors or through the organisers card machine.

Handmade Oxford is well catered for.
Waterperry Tea Shop will open.
Handmade Bar will be open from 10am to 9pm daily Thu – Sun serving soft drinks alongside wine and beer.
Hand Made Foods will offer vegetarian menu
Waterperry Farm Shop will offer a selection of barbecue food
There will be crepes, pastries and coffee, from Olivier’s Bakery, Rumsey’s Chocolatiers and Routes Coffee, and ice-cream by Oliphant & Pomeroy.

All car parking is free at Handmade Oxford

Open Air Theatre / Evening Programme

We have two evening theatre productions starting at 7pm. Friday 28 June: the Shakespeare favourite, A Midsummer Night’s Dream; Saturday 29 June: Gilbert & Sullivan’s comic opera HMS Pinafore. Tickets are available at the registration desk.
