Handmade in Britain has a variety of sponsorship opportunities available to businesses. We work with many Arts organisations to raise the profile of British Designers through our shows and we are increasingly conscious of the opportunities we can offer to companies interested in supporting British Design Industry and reaching selective and targeted audiences for their business.Who Are We?
Handmade in Britain is one of the fastest growing UK based organisation aiming to promote talented British designer makers who produce their work in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. The organisation works to promote professional design excellence through productive partnerships between the designer and the public.What Are We Doing?
Handmade in Britain organises contemporary craft and design fairs in Bath (June and December) and London (November) the shows are an initiative to support designer makers and crafts people and maintain the standard of fine art and craft skills, the show will be a chance for them to showcase their talent.We will have over 60 talented designer-makers presenting the opportunity to buy or commission unique handmade products at each of our exhibitions.
Why Are We Doing It?
Our aims are to:- Maintain the high standards in craft sector and create market opportunities for buying craft.
- Promote and support British designer makers working in this sector.
- To increase the accessibility of the works of crafts people to the public.
- Provide a platform to new designer-makers to start their own business such as:
- Free Business Mentor program for new designer-makers to help them start their business.
- 50% and 25% Sponsorship from the company for new designers to exhibit in the show.
- 2 Day intensive training program prior to the show.
- Increase the accessibility of the works of crafts people to the public.
- By Organising 3 shows a year – Assembly Rooms, Bath and Chelsea Old Town Hall, London.
- Via Website and through Handmade Retail Gallery based in London.
- Organise training workshops for new designer/makers.
Where Are We Doing It?
Handmade in Britain showcases at Chelsea old Town Hall, London and twice yearly in Bath. Both prestigious venues are steeped in history as well architectural opulence that creates the perfect backdrop to showcase our talented designer makers contemporary items.What Our Exhibitors Say About Us

Handmade in Britain will be attracting a large number of visitors during its three exhibitions.
