APPLICATION PACKS

Please read the relevant application pack for the event(s) you are applying to as the pack contains stand sizes, prices and all the information you need about exhibiting. You can view/download the application packs for all our events below:

APPLICATION FEE

Please note that there is an application fee of £20. We have many applicants for each show and this is necessary in order to assess everyone fairly. You only need to pay the application fee once, even if you are applying for multiple events. If you have already submitted an application fee for one of our events in 2017, you do not need to make a second payment when applying for Handmade Oxford 2018.

CONTRACTS & DEPOSIT

All applications must be accompanied by a signed exhibition space contract and if your application is successful, a deposit of £250.00 is required within two weeks to secure your space.
